Deposits & cancellations

A 50% deposit is planned for each booking. Online payments aren't open yet.

• 7 or more days before: 100% refund of deposit.
• Less than 7 days but more than 48 hours: 50% of the deposit is retained, the rest refunded.
• 48 hours or less, or no-show: no refund.
• If MusicByte cancels for reasons within our reasonable control: full refund plus an equivalent complimentary Experience, redeemable within 12 months (non-transferable, no cash value).
• Exceptional circumstances beyond our reasonable control: refund or reschedule, without a complimentary Experience.
• Remaining balance is due the day before your session, unless your booking is approved immediately before it.
